Top notch! The team here helped embroider a couple jackets for me - the thread is an exact match the the existing content on the jacket, and the turn-around time was exceptional. Friendly, quick and honest people to work with - will do business again.

Horrible Experience dealing with Dorothy Chaffee and staff. This is very unfortunate because my previous orders came out good. I sent just dozen camps to have embroidered with my companies name. Very simple, at least I thought. The turnaround time took three weeks and when I received the caps, 4 were damaged and I was still charged for embroidery costs. There was no quality control, not did anyone contact me to address the issue. After sending the email, I got a response apologizing, but there was nothing they would do to assist. Very, very disappointed because I've worked with them in the past. Not sure if they're under new management, but I would not refer any client or friend looking to get quality embroidery with this company.

I am very disappointed to be writing this review. As Burbank Embroidery was recommended to us by a reputable company who are also friends of ours. And even though Burbank Embroidery was not able to meet our needs, we would have still recommended them to others. They were very swift with getting us a sample, and the response rate. However, given the way their customer service speaks to people over the phone, there is no way we would ever recommend this company to anyone. It takes zero effort to be a kind human being, especially when you are in a customer service position. I really think this company needs to reevaluate the personality they have as the front line of communication.
