I've been wanting to check this place out for awhile, but they were never open when I was coming through. When driving back to Utah I was still too early but they opened for me anyway and I was so glad they did. This is not your typical BBQ joint. They are making creative dishes that you can't find anywhere else. I thought that might mean the quality of the meat would be covered up by a lot of distracting toppings. But the brisket was so good and the sandwich was genius. The Peanut Butter Dream Pie? Amazing. I brought it back to Utah and my wife loved it too. She loves to bake and was blown away by it. Can't wait for my next trip to Wenatchee. Hoping to try everything on the menu!

There was no question when it came to hiring Justin and Valerie with Burch Mountain BBQ to cater our wedding! They went above and beyond from day 1 to bring my vision of our wedding menu to life. They stuck with us through our covid postponed wedding and made the wait SO worth it! Thank goodness for their window in Rock Island so we could order food all year to satisfy our cravings! Every single guest commented how delicious all the food was. We did a pulled pork and chicken taco bar with their famous potato salad and Caesar salad. If I could eat one meal forever, it would be that! Justin, Valerie and the rest of the Burch Mountain BBQ gang are some of the best people this valley has who also serve up the best BBQ!!

We hired Burch Mountain BBQ to cater out wedding and it was everything we expected and more. All the food was cooked to prefection, and Val and Justin were so helpful throughout the entire process of booking and selecting our meal. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about the food and how cool it was to see the smoker on our venues property! We will be headed to their window any time they're open!
