We had the pleasure of meeting the manager at the drive through. She was lovely and very informative . She really cared about her customers and store. The associate that handed us our order however was too busy chewing gum to hardly acknowledge us or speak to answer a question. The manager and food were great.

Food was good but served super slow. Restaurant was dirty and extremely outdated. This place definitely needs an updated facelift and more staff.

The atmosphere is not a five, but I won't reduce their rating because the service is always excellent and the food is always fresh, hot, and consistent with my expectations of BK. Great hidden 💎
