Went through drive thru to pick up food for my mom, they were really annoyed like they hate their job, I made a modification at the window that I tried to tell them at speaker, and they told me I needed to pull around, I didn’t pay yet so I waited, and then they seem more annoyed when they handed my order to me, good thing I only pick up DoorDash orders from here, customer staff should do better and not make us feel bad for doing a last minute modification :)

Terrible service! I would give 0 stars if I could. I waited 10 mins and not one of the 3/4 people working acknowledged me. I asked an employee if I could order and she told me she can’t help me and left. Manager was there and looked at me multiple times but didn’t do anything. I understand being busy but at least let your customers know.

This is the worst place to stop for food through drive through. They take 20minutes to get your food and 10minutes to print you a receipt. They should be providing a receipt at the time of payment processing but no, they make you wait for it. As I waited, I observed all cars coming through drive thru had to wait for their food and everyone got their food except for my order. No matter small or big order the wait time is ridiculous. Good luck fie future business because I’ll make sure not to stop there anymore. Worst experience ever.
