I actually enjoy burger king’s food and this is the closest one to me but unfortunately I’ll have to stop eating here. Whenever we go through the drive through they take 5-7 minutes before we get our order taken and sometimes we don’t get it taken at all and we have to walk in. The employees there are nice but the manager Angie is rude and unprofessional. There’s been too many times where the food I order is missing and usually I catch it but today I didn’t notice until I got home. My boyfriend drove back with the receipt and food and she refused to give us the large fry that was missing. It’s just so disappointing that I can’t enjoy my experience here because there’s always issues.

I go through the drive through order my meal ask for an upgrade to large, ANGIE ( I know who you are because I’m a former employee) on the other side of the headphone messes up my order by nkt upgrading my fries like I had kindly asked… keep in my this whole time I’m asking and ending with please and thanks and thank you, I figured my meal was correct because she had gave me large drinks. I arrive home to find out not only did my meals fries not get upgraded to a large but I’m missing a whole reward item, no biggie I go back and the kind lady on the mic tells me to pull forward, she then informed me that ANGIE told her “she said that if you wanted those large fries you would have to pay for them, and refund my purchase which doesn’t even make sense, I orderd a large fry and it was missing I showed the receipt and you still refuse to give me my meal, this isn’t the only case. The past five times I have gone and ANGIE is manager shift there is always chaos, would not recommend service here if she is working (grumpy lady w raspy voice)
