I would give No Star with i could for this location. I ordered through the app to pick up, come inside and keep waiting without any asking from the staffs. Then the manager came out and said the machine broken, they can’t make any today, money will be refund back after midnight. I wait for 1 week, it’s still not. I come to the store and ask for it, the Rude Assistant Manager named Nulia, she said they did not responsible for it and dont know how to sold. Not even say sorry, i ask for upper person and she refuses and walk away. Not only me but alot of people on that day got charged the same without the food. Please Dont ever come here. The staff and Manager will treat you like trask and dont know how to run the store!!
I honestly don't how how a "Chicken Jr. Value " sandwich, add cheese, also came with mustard and pickles...did they get my order wrong? Was there a miscommunication? Honestly, both seem unlikely for an order st 11pm on a Thursday...
Also, this is not the first time this specific location had horribly messed up my order over two years, when I was clear and direct.
Mind you for this order, I ordered two burgers (non-meals) and a small fry....had I not checked before we left I would have not gotten my fries.
In the past I literally only just ordered a Chicken Jr, add cheese, and was charged and never received cheese. (I'm not a Karen, I'd just take it as is because people are human...)
This was probably my 5th strike. Honestly go to any of the Jack in the Boxs' in the surrounding area....They get it right more constantly...like 24/7.... (if I had to compare Jack in the Box rarely gets my order wrong... and in all honesty i just wanted to try something different).
I'm not a fast food eater, but I work service industry and after a long day, just wanted to eat before bed...
So again I never do these reviews, but I am DONE with Burien King Drive through.... I'll be giving Jack in the Box my business going forward...
