Placed an online order, paid, get there to pick it up and they tell us they are out of burger patties. They said we could substitute a chicken sandwich instead. We told them to substitute the chicken. Then they said it wouldn't let them and we had to go into the app and cancel the order. The app nor the web page allow you to cancel an order. Their "support" chat says it will forward the message to an agent within 48 hours. Until then, I am out my money and without food.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON! The food is always cold, the service is a complete joke. They always and I do mean always, either forget an item, mess up an item, or you have to wait an unbelievable amount of time for your food. Literally waited 30 min for 2 meals and one sandwich, got to the point where I just asked for a refund and left, this was a dine in by the way. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT EAT HERE!

I had waited about half an hour for my order and they started giving out orders that were well after I had placed mine. I went to ask what they were waiting on and if I could have part of my order to eat while waiting for the rest. It turned out that the order was finished but they had thrown away the ticket and deleted the order because of how long it was taking them, yet never offered a refund. Cancelled the order even though it was done and didn't tell me and didn't give a refund? Then on top of that the girl that took the order got an attitude with me instead of apologizing. She said "well, now you have your food so go away" WRONG!!! you say "I'm sorry! how can I make this right?" And the manager was right there and did nothing about it.
