I don’t appreciate ordering my food in your drive thru and telling them how I want it and then making sure the guy heard me thru his head set when I got to the window and confirmed and he had to tell the cook that I didn’t want lettuce and you can loudly hear him cuss and curse at having to fix what he wanted to do not what your customer wants!!! This is the second time we have reported this man’s rudeness and loud mouth and filthy mouth when a customer is present!!!!! It’s obvious you do nothing about it cause he is still there yelling and treating the employees like dirt!!!!!

It was over 2 mins before anyone ever said anything through the speaker in the drive through, and about 15 minutes before we had placed our order and got our food, 2 burgers. When we got to the window two associates were joking with each other, finishing their conversation before telling us our total and taking our payment. Worst drive through experience at this location yet. One burger was missing the condiments and the other was very over salted. Also, by giving a “duplicate” receipt we can’t do the survey!

Overall pretty good, service was a little wish wash. They didn't seem to pay as much attention to the counter as the drive through.
