I ordered two sausage and egg and cheese biscuits and one bacon egg and cheese biscuit.... I received two bacon egg and cheese croissants and one sausage egg and cheese biscuit!!??? THIS IS NOT A DIFFICULT ORDER, let alone a difficult job! We should lower the minimum wage until you can complete a simple task. Maby you should consider furthering your education!? Way to go BK, way to go...

Not a well managed restaurant. 9 out of 10 times the drive thru order are innacuarate. I live in the area and this is very common from them. It is clear the training provided to employees is not sufficient.

It’s extremely irritating when they screw up your order, especially after they “confirmed” that the chicken sandwich that was initially forgotten & not added to the bag (that had special instructions) was the correct one, then after getting home 20 min later to eat… it wasn’t. Now I have nothing to eat for dinner but I REALLY didn’t want to have to go back after having a terribly long day, so I called…. every few min for over an hour and no one answered. I guess I’m just SOL
