The drive thru person is entirely to slow and can NOT HANDLE both taking orders an cashing out i sat at the speaker for 2 min before even being acknowledged. I spent 13 min in drive thru and this is 2 times this week also still had to go around to the front an wait 4 mins. My whole lunch time is gone and my coworker suffers as well. Fast food means fast.

Such a filthy establishment!! Could not believe my eyes! 👀 honestly the play area needs to be shut down asap, my daughter developed a rash within just minutes of climbing on! The shift manager lady was incredibly rude to an elderly couple that were patiently waiting in line for minutes while she ignored them. These jobs are for people who take customer service seriously, not for people who are there for a paycheck. The orders do take forever to come out and do not use the drive thru in this location unless you’re ready to be parked at the drive thru menu for 10+ minutes before being asked what you want to order. Once you give them your order they have you pull up to pay and then ask you to park in front of the restaurant and there’s another 10* minute wait there. This establishment just needs to retire!!!!

HOW ABOUT ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN YOU GIVE THE WRONG ORDER IN THE DRIVE THRU. I pull around and wait 15 min so your drive thru times aren’t screwed up for corporate!! You can’t even get the order bagged right and it took 15 minutes!!! You gave me food IM ALLERGIC TO!!!!
