This has been an ongoing issue for the last few months and I am finally speaking up about it.
There is a manager or window worker, female, with pink hair, bigger build, who has the absolute poorest and most disrespectful attitude. I work nights and depending on where Im posted, this burger king is closest to me. I do not get time and I have to run through this location to get a meal before my shift. Every single time I have gone and she is working, she is extremely rude and toxic. She acts like she is inconvonced, she shoved the food out of the window at me, she talks borderline yelling and angry through the com and at the window. It's to the point where I will sometimes just not eat because I do not want to deal with her and chance that she is working.
Tonight was the worst and the straw that broke the camels back. She yelled at me over the intercom, she snapped at me at the window. She snapped when she told me to park my car out front and she will bring me my food. She did not make the burger as requested, she gave me half a box of cold fries, and I was missing a chicken nugget. I did not have time to go back.
This person (female, pink hair, bigger build, works window possibly a manager) needs retraining, anger management, and sensitivity training or she needs to be let go. The way she speaks to me whenever I have to get a meal from this location is disgusting and unacceptable and has been going on for months. Enough is enough this situation needs to be remedied immediately with correct training and or disciplinary actions.
