Not a great experience today. The fries were very salty. They get more salty each visit. My burger had so much of the condiments the top bun was wet. I know they can do better. Thier whopper is my favorite burger from a fast food joint.

Waited a legit 12 minutes to have my order taken. I was the only person in line. 5 drive through orders had no problem being taken in the time I waited. Finally, a female employee approached the register and continued to ignore me. I waited about 30 seconds and then politely said that I've been standing here 10 minutes waiting to place an order, and would like to do so. She rudely barked at me that she's off the clock, rolled her eyes and then said nonsense about call offs. I said okay and left. The only plus about this place is that it has about the only restroom available in this plaza, otherwise, try the drive thru if you want to actually order food. Bummer too because I really wanted to try the Philly burger they are selling.

I never had a problem until today, but the person who helped me today was disinterested in my oder and was not willing to make the customer happy. I have never seen a chocolate shake that looked and tasted more like a vanilla shake in my life. I complained, but they were unwilling to fix it. If I could rate this experience 0 stars, I would.
