Recently ordered the fish sandwich and onion rings. The sandwich was the most disgusting fish sandwich I’ve ever attempted to eat. It was cold, rubbery and tasted like it had been sitting out for possibly days. I will not order that again. Onion rings were also cold and rubbery. Plus their pricing is out of control. For the amount I spent I would expect far greater quality of food.

Ordering online used to seem like a good idea—get your food fast and skip the line, right? Wrong. I pulled up to the drive-thru at Burger King, expecting a quick grab-and-go, but instead, I got 10 minutes of waiting at the window with zero acknowledgment. I could see people inside, but they acted like I was invisible, chatting away or glued to their phones. When someone finally handed me my order, it was like they were doing me a favor, without a single word or even a forced smile. Whatever happened to basic courtesy? You used to be able to walk in, talk to someone, and get your food without all this tech-driven rigmarole. Now it’s all about apps and drive-thrus, but the service is worse than ever. The good old days? I miss them.

Gets a 3 because the burger was dry even all the condiments and cheese didn't help at all that's how dry it was but the honey mustard wrap was good it's more like a quick bite type of item, the fries are always what they are good when they are hot ok warm and alright room temp or cold, the chicken fries were good its like being in school all over again, and the drink I had which was hi-c was refreshing as any fast food drink should be. Wasn't a long wait and the person that was taking the order was cool no problems at all.
