If you order on line and pay , they should reimburse the user if their shack machine is down , cause a soda is not even close to the price of a shake. The app and restaurant need better communication

Terrible waited forever for old cold fry’s and nasty food all together, never again will we try this place I have lived here for 7 years and it has never been a good experience

0 stars if I could, Fries were hard as a rock and gross, Chicken wraps were not crispy and were disgusting, also messed up our order. This has happen almost every single time we have went to this specific BK if anyone from the top is reading this please fix these issues and get better management
