A beyond decent burger joint in a fat-court at an outlet mall. Such a simple concept and yet it has taken so long for such an eatery to come.
Their service is excellent, you order at the register and your meal is actually crafted with care behind the scenes as you find a table and a server will serve you. If you are thirsty for something beyond a soda, there is a small beer selection to choose from. Alcohol isn't allowed outside their designated area, but this is still a shopping mall in America.
The burger selection isn't boring, and not overly done with their variety. Their attempt to deliver a gourmet burger hits every point except for the ability to have a specific cooking temp.
One must have I have noticed is how well-executed are their onion rings. For your first visit, I do recommend you get the combo as a side order. The onion rings are fried in fresh oil and seemingly they only pick out the perfect ones to serve. (At least this is the impression I have gotten)
The only question I had was for the weird signage posted on several of the pillars in the dining space. LOL!
