Calling to refund, it was clear they already knew, they didn't need any details.
This and service with no apology for the long wait, a cold product, and zero friendliness at all. If you don't want the job, work somewhere else.

I went in to the drive throu this afternoon to grab a quick bite to eat for my wife and I. I’ve been going to this burgerville for years and never had been treated with such disrespect and the food shows in it as well. A young blonde was work the window probably the lead. She was not just rude but she basically throws my food at me and doesn’t even say have a good day or anything. I’ve been in customer service for years and that isn’t someone I would want running my drive thru window that’s forsure.
My food wasn’t even hot either.
