After days of phone tag, the place sending my intake forms to the wrong address, and my appointment being canceled because I was in the middle of a panic attack and used a naughty word, I'm about ready to accept that this place may not actually want to provide health and/or wellness.

The only thing they seem to provide is inattentive front desks and abrasive, uncaring """therapists"""

DO NOT RECOMMEND. 1st: Alejandra which was the therapist I selected first. Every time during my sessions I kep hearing noises as she was multi tasking. I'm paying for her time not for part of her attention. I also didn't like that she didn't do video calls. 2nd: I kept trying to pay my bill but they were not able to accept my hsa debit card and they never called me back. The following year I get a late payment where I eventually call and I told them i've been waiting for a call back for 3+ months. 3rd. I decide to switch to a different therapist. I get an appointment for 3 weeks out. 3 days before my appointment they send me an email that they are cancelling my appointment. The next one is another 3 weeks out.

Super unprofessional.
