Went in, was the only customer at the time. Bought two 14mm quartz nails, after they tried to tell me what I did and didn't want. Came home and tried to put one of them on, it didn't fit right at all. I applied a bit too much pressure after I realized it wasn't fitting right, now the connection point is cracked and quite dangerous, but at least it fits right..
And the other nail was some new design they were pushing that just doesn't seem very functional. Who knows, maybe I just haven't heated it up to the right temp yet. All in all, salesmen behind the counter selling sub-par products. I would suggest, like I will be doing, taking your business elsewhere for glass.
