Sharing one experience - called the water department after hours (past 7pm) to get help on a leak that was dripping into the street. Called the hotline number for emergencies and a dispatcher answered and took down the information - very clear, very friendly. About 20-30 minutes later a very friendly and well informed technician came out and diagnosed the problem and shut off the main sprinkler valve and explained the potential places to look to fix the problem. Great experience and glad to not have wasted a bunch of water letting it leak all night.
