I called to get a quote for a repair on my car. They said they would call me back. Waited 3 days, no call back. Called a second time thinking a number got mixed up in our phone number. They told me they needed to check something on the quote and they would call me right back. That was last week, no returned call. My car is not unique, it's a 2021 Ford Escape. Very rude to not call back.

Very happy with the service I received on my Boxster. The people here are professionals and really care about the customer. I’m sure there’s cheaper places to go to, not by much.. but I wanted to go to the best. I will be coming here to service my car. They take care of you. Also they have a pretty sweet coffee and snack bar for customers.. very clean and a nice place to wait if you have to. They also offer rides to and from your house as a courtesy if your service takes a day or two.
