Never 👎 pick up a load from here. They will offer your good rate with a 24 hr wait for loading. But after 24 hrs the fun begins. They will not give you any time frame about your trailer to be ready. I waited forever and then I took my empty trailer back after waiting for more than 24 hrs. The bad part is that they don’t even give you a timeframe. I mean as driver I can wait but atleast tell a timeframe till when I should. Totally disgusting experience. 👎

Horrible place to deliver.
0 consideration for Owner Operators.
If you're lucky you'll be waiting 6 plus to unload same day.
If you're unlucky your appointment number will be incorrect and you'll be stuck with a load for days until they give you another appointment number which you will then be stuck for another 6hrs to unload, insane.

They have a conveyor belt and they still take forever! This is absolutely ridiculous and management, warehouse supervisors, leads are to blame!!! They should all be fired. Work your job that you signed up for or quit! Because your all clearly lazy! I bet before you had the job and was in need of a job you gave it your all! Now do what it takes to get stuff done! Drivers have service hours that they must abide by! Have some consideration because without us bringing merchandise to these facilities you wouldn't have a job! If we're so essential then get us in and out or stop scheduling appointments at the same time! You all need to get it together from top to bottom of staffing!!!
