We rented a duplex from them. The rent was $1,025 for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. We were supposed to move in on a Monday, but we received word that the unit flooded and we moved in 2 days later. We loved the unit and the area. The granite counter tops are nice, and the unit was clean on move in. Upon moveout, we cleaned the unit thoroughly. However, we were still assessed a $60 extra cleaning charge in addition to the $65 carpet cleaning charge. Although the $60 cleaning charge isn't a ton of money, we were disappointed because we spent days cleaning and surely went above and beyond ordinary cleaning (we even replaced their bathroom light bulbs before moving out which alone was an extra $40). When I went to dispute this charge, the woman was passive aggressive and not helpful. I was very disappointed with how I was treated at the end, especially because I was calm and logical on the phone (probably they get a lot of rude people wanting their deposit back and so they automatically go into rude mode?) I would rent from them again, but I would first take pictures of the initial and post condition.
