The customer service at this store is absolutely egregious. I went to return an item at this store that I had bought not realizing it was broken. I was told that they could not accept this item after it was returned (which they did not tell me when I bought this item). One of the workers tried to gaslight me by telling me that the item was not in the box. I pulled the item out to show her that it was, and then she told me that it wasn't broken. I told her again that it was broken and that I wanted a refund. She refused, and begrudgingly allowed the cashier to return another item I had on the same receipt. After I had returned the second item, the cashier did not give me back my original receipt, just the receipt from the return. I went back into the store again a few minutes later to try to return the item I originally went to return. I told the worker that I wanted to return the item, and she told me yes. I then handed them the receipt, and the cashier told me that this wasn't the receipt. I told the cashier that he didn't give me my original receipt, but both of the workers argued with me. I then began to leave the store, and the cashier and the other employee started to laugh with one another. I now realize that the only reason they told me I could return the item is because they were not actually planning on giving me a refund. They just said it to trick me and get a good laugh out of it. By keeping the receipt and this not allowing me to return the item, the cashier stole $9 from me.
There is a lot of theft at this store, and the employees do nothing to stop it. They let people leave out the doors with bags and handfuls of merchandise. I assume they scam people and refuse to give refunds in order to compensate for the money lost.
I have had numerous negative experiences at this location. I have been harassed and followed by other customers and when I reached out to the employees they did absolutely nothing about it. The employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. The employees constantly laugh, belittle, and poke fun at customers. It is clear that this store does not care whatsoever about making sure customers have a pleasant experience.
