I give one star just because the employees always seem to be in bad moods , and they always only have ONE cashier in the mornings . I only come for the good deals I need and always go first thing in the morning and even with that I'm always met with employees who have attitude & don't want to be there . There was only one cashier today & about 4 people ahead of me & a long line behind us , & the cashier wouldn't call for back up . When we asked two different employees one said " I'm not a cashier " and the other lady we asked said he knows his job & will call for help if he needs it , and as she walked away proceeded to give attitude by rolling her eyes and walking away . Out of all the employees there not one or two can jump on and help ? We were not allowed to do this at Home Depot . Burlington seriously needs to step it up in this area

Always crowded but at least the store isn't a complete mess. Lines are long even when there are multiple checkers, so be prepared to wait. Aside from that, good deals on nice clothes. You may have to search for something you like for a bit, but it's worth it.

Prices are higher than before, but that's happening everywhere. I do like the quality of the merchandise. I had an Amazing experience with the help of (Tequila) she's a great associate. She's poses super customer service skills. Definitely recommend Burlington in Visalia.
