This store is wonderful and has very nice clothing.
Monday Oct 17, 2022 about 11:00-11:30am I was helped by a man with the slick ponytail and glasses and he was awful, he made me feel like I was retarded, he looked at another customer behind me to get some kind of input on treated me so poorly. I was returning shoes, and I was honest with him that I worn the shoes to work but I only wore them for an hour, I had a receipt that showed I had purchased them two weeks ago, he was right I should have cleaned the shoes that had a little mud on the bottom of them, but since I don't wear them long I was unaware they had a tiny peace of mud in one of the groves. but he did not need to Treet me that way, I'm in customer service, and I have never treated a customer that way, even when the customer is awful and in the wrong.
I don't want him to be let go, this just needs to be addressed, and not let this happen to someone else.
