Burlington was horrible. They only had 3 registers open. The cashiers were more like trainees. They were so slow the line was sooo long we went in for 1 item and waited in a 45 minute line. I even called the store while in line twice. Could hear the phone ringing which rang 8 times. When finally answered they hung up immediately. They are the worst.

I used to stop in on my lunch hour as Burlington is a favorite store of mine. I find it almost impossible to shop and wait in the long, slow moving line during lunch. It's frustrating to see only 2 cashiers available when the line is so long. I now choose to go to a different location because the added security upon entering this store. I feel like I can't even come in to look around when asked what I'm there for. I'll spare the interrogation by going to another Burlington

Crazy, decided to go right after Christmas. Of course that's my fault. Got some cute tops, over all the store was pretty organized. My cashier was very nice, considering the crowd.
