Attendant pulled my laundry out early and put someone elses in. Laundry for my business - all towels in an 80lb dryer. I got there 10minutes after the load should've been done. Entire load damp and sitting in a cart to the side. Rude, inconvenient, inconsiderate, down right annoying. I'm sure the pay isn't great, but a little care for people's things would go a long way. Not going back.

This is a well maintained laundromat and the owners are really nice people. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. They're very knowledgeable and hardworking. They keep the Machines working and the place is clean.

They switched to prepaid cards.
Yes, please create yet another card to keep in my wallet! I didn't have enough cards to have to juggle.
Lose your card... they win.
So annoying!
Why can't they just put card readers like EVERY OTHER business in the country?!?
