Since they specialize in ERP Systems, they first made sure that I was actually looking for ENTERPRISE LEVEL SOFTWARE from Microsoft and that I had the budget for it, not QuickBooks or other "home made", "house made" software. Very knowledgeable, very straight and to the point.
