I had such a disappointing experience with Business & Pleasure. I wish I had known how poorly made their products are, especially given the price. Also, the follow up customer service experience left much to be desired.
I ordered some sling chairs online a few months ago and they started to become discolored and moldy within the first few weeks of owning them. I was very, very careful about caring for them, per the instructions. Despite this, they were not holding up. I reached out to customer service who told me that basically they couldn’t do anything except send me a small discount code so I could buy some new chairs.
I shared my experience online and they proceeded to block me on all social media and remove my reviews.
