The owner told me a ring I bought online was real so I ordered another. Later I found out that the stones were actually moissanites! Can't get the money back $3,000 to be exact. If he knew moissanite showed up as diamond then shame on him! It was too late to get my money back because it was passed the 60 days the bank allowed. REAL NICE!!
I AM 100% POSITIVE IT WAS AT YOUR STORE!!! So don't even go there. You messed up and I'm out 3,000$ and I'm still pissed off about it.

Just a great experience all around! Excellent customer service, they helped me find the perfect setting for my ring, and also cleaned and repaired my wedding ring. They kept in touch with me every step of the way, and answered every question. I can't say enough about Button Jeweler's, Casey and Jaime!
