John was referred to me by a neighbor for our 12 month new home inspection and I've already referred him to our other neighbors for when theirs is due! He was very thorough, gave detailed pictures, spent the time needed to check everything and listened and checked my potential concerns as well.

We also happened to have a random and traumatic occurrence happen shortly after he had begun (teen had a heavy wall mirror drop on her foot and ended up with 3 broken toes). I had to rush her off to the ER and he understood and immediately offered to help and/or come back another time. Thankfully, we had another adult there so it was nice he could continue, but I wanted to point out that we received his full report less than 24 hours later and even though he was headed out on his own family trip, they sent a super kind gift to my daughter who'd gotten hurt! Totally unnecessary, but made her day much better and was a genuinely thoughtful gesture of someone going above and beyond.

As yet another positive, when it seems literally everything has doubled in cost lately, his services were much more reasonable than someone we've used before. Buy Right will remain our go to!
