Absolutely life saving! Rick came to the house, assessed the situation (which was cat urine in a bedroom), had everything ready at his disposal, and everything was done in a professional and timely manner. Carpets are always left super soggy, probably going to swap out companies, this guys In and out before you can get him a glass of water.

Guy came 45 minutes late. Although he called to say so, it threw our plans off a bit. They do not provide the corner guards for your trim as they move and drag their stuff throughout the house. Didn't cause damage, but it's attention to detail that I've seen other companies use that I notice and value. My carpets were left very very wet. And now that it's all said and done and they have finally dried (24 +hours) they have an odd smell. Not fresh at all. A couple small spots that had dog urine still smell like urine. We have had better results doing them ourselves in the past. I thought this would be worth the time saved but I definitely won't do this again. Also, I didn't see it myself but 2 different family members commented on how filthy the back of the van was. Because the doors were wide open while cleaning. The way you present your company and its supplies/ vehicles should not include a bunch of filth and grime in plain sight of your customers. I'm bummed because I was expecting a lot more.
