by Design Group was responsive to my needs regarding a bathroom remodel including installation of a deep soaking bathtub. They listened to my desires and provided helpful suggestions. I also had very specific schedule needs (as this was to be a surprise) and these needs were met. The crew doing the work was friendly, professional and thorough, and a couple of additional items needing attention were discovered and addressed. The end result was exactly what I wanted. Daily cleanup was provided and the final cleanup was thorough and complete. I am very pleased with the work done and the process.
