Such a wonderful view of the ocean and sunsets. The house has a very open and spacious feeling and there was plenty of room for the 8 of us (5 Adults, 3 Kids) to spread out and relax. The upstairs area was a big hit for games and jigsaw puzzles on the rainy days we had and a great space for the kids to play. We enjoyed a few evenings around the fire pit watching the sunsets, soaking in the hot tub and making s'mores (make sure to bring your own firewood). Beach access is a short drive down the road (1/4 mile) and Seabrook is maybe 1/2 a mile down the road. Our only comments for improvement would be (l) Have a check-in/check-out list on the property so you know exactly what has to be done. (2) The living room furniture has been well loved and needs a makeover. (3) Spare light bulbs to replace burned out ones. (4) Remote for upper window shades in the living room was missing and it's too bright to sit there on really sunny days when you can't lower them. We loved this house and our time there was very special. We will definitely be back!!

We stayed at the Treasured Cove at the Ocean Surf Condos in Ocean Shores, WA. The place was clean, and we appreciated having a washing machine and dryer, although the washer had some mold. The staff were helpful. However, we had a hard time trying to get the DVD player to work, and finally gave up. There's a nice queen size bed in the bedroom, but the other bed is a pull-out couch, not a futon. Also there's no view. There's just trees in the back. But it is close to the beach access road.

Our family will not do business with By the Sea Vacation Rental again! We had reserved a house in Moclips and recieved the check in instructions for the house and everything. 2 hours before we are supposed to check in we recieve an email stating our reservation has been cancelled. I called the office and ask what was going on and the office manager was very rude and had an attitude with me when i just simply asked why. She lied to us saying she has called us and emailed us multiple times ( the last email I recieved from them was the checking info) about the cancelation and just said the house is unavailable. No explanation no offer of a different place the lady was very unprofessional. Forcing us to find a different place to stay late in the evening with 2 kids who were over being in the car. Never agin!
