As someone with eczema and migraines, I’ve struggled with household products all my life because of strong chemicals and over powering fragrances. All products here are simplified to the minimal ingredients. It’s reassuring I can actually understand what’s on the labels without googling what XYZ chemical is.
It’s also so straight forward to buy by weight! You can get as much or as little as you want. There are lots of different options as well. Don’t like bar soap? There’s liquid. Don’t like liquid laundry detergent, there’s powder, etc. it’s also so easy to reuse containers you already have. Keep that empty pickle jar or shampoo bottle and bring it in!
When you buy from a small business it may be a little more expensive but you’re helping your local economy. Big corporations only care about profit margins no matter the cost to the earth & the health of the creatures on it. Give your business to your neighbors who are dedicated to your health and community.
