Roy was awesome. He was genuine, super knowledgeable and made the experience fun. I felt zero pressure to make a purchase. Their vintage selection is beautiful. I love that it is a father and son run shop. Feels great to support this local business.

I have been going to jewelry tech for years off and on I bought my wife's engagement ring their 10 years ago. At year 5 I had byron custom make a wedding band to match the shape of her ring due to the manufacturer no longer made one. Byron was priced great and did a flawless job. We just hit our 10 year mark and I had him make the same band as an anniversary band and yet again byron did not disappoint. He is a master of his craft and the quality of work you get for the price is unmatched. He knows me and my wife by our first names everytime we walk into the shop. I even find my self stopping in just to say hi when I am in the area.
