Eugene accepted our claim through our home warranty company and he didn’t show up to our confirmed appointment, telling me that he did not have us in his schedule and would call me right back. He never called back. Our home warranty company told us he would be rescheduling so we kept calling and emailing him directly with no response, and after being without laundry for 3 weeks, he answered a call from the agent at the warranty company and said that he was too busy and would not come. I had to sit on the phone with the warranty company for an hour to have them call and get ahold of him while I waited on the line. I would give him half a star if I could, the only half he gets is for answering the phone the first time I called. He could have at least told me he was not able to reschedule and to look elsewhere.

Eugene is awesome! He is super busy, but worth waiting for. He came out to do some warranty work on our microwave, and knew exactly what the issue was in a matter of minutes.

Have called Eugene multiple times over the years (2 different washing machines, dryer, dishwasher) and have always been satisfied.
