HORRIBLE! Booked an appointment for low-lights & walked out with BURNT BLEACHED hair. The owner admits the stylist is "young and inexperienced", yet the owner (Cindy) refused to offer a color correction. Cindy claims she has video of my HORRIFIED reaction & that is her excuse for not fixing the mess HER INEXPERIENCED EMPLOYEE created. While Cindy refers to 20 min video, she neglects to acknowledge that Inwas in her salon for SIX HOURS. When i asked for a copy of the day's video to support MY MANY REQUESTS EXPRESSED regarding the services I was asking for, Cindy conveniently refused to share the video she consoders so damning of me. This salon and it's employees are held to WA State licensing board standards & the owner and her staff did not honor the services booked. Cindy's deranged beratement of a DISAPPOINTED CLIENT speaks volumes as to how she is running her unprofessional business. After I submit her to the State of WA, I'll be sending her the bill for the color correction that she should have provided because she KNOWINGLY has an "inexperienced" employee working in her salon UNSUPERVISED for 6 hours. When I called the salon to obtain the stylists license number for the report to the WA State Dept of Licensing, the manager (Susan) denied me the REQUIRED FOR THE PUBLIC information. All in all, this salon is shady, rude, inept, and they KNOW it, otherwise efforts would've been made to protect a good reputation; their's is so bad, they don't even bother to pretend to be professional anymore. I was willing and prepared to pay $270 for services and they disregarded me because I expressed disappointment in awful services rendered.
