We have been told everyday this week our dumpster would be delivered, Called today to confirm if it would be here to be told the driver broke down and they won’t deliver it on weekends. This is ridiculous. I have already paid the dumpster service fee of $121 and am having to pay to take our trash to the dump every couple days as well. I get one day being behind but it’s something different everyday.

I cannot believe the service Rep Gina is very rude as we called due to the new cans for organic waste and recyclables had not been picked up in 3 weeks and she kept cutting my husband off and telling us it must be contaminated and that’s why it has not been picked up and we only had recyclables in the correct can and only organic waste in plastic bags as it states on the form that was attached to the cans when dropped off and she proceeded to say that the organic waste should not be placed in plastic bags but we were telling her but that’s what your form says on how to separate the waste.. I will attach a picture of the form for your better understanding… anyhow after all that and her accusations she stated that the service for those cans is not starting til after January 1st. Well then why were the cans dropped off so far in advance without explanation to the customers.. Why oh why wouldn’t she just have said that to begin with instead of all her accusations and excuses. Her customer service behavior is terrible and she should be schooled on how to be respectful and kind.
