JP has a wealth of knowledge and experience which allows him to work through complex scenarios and really build and cater financing solutions that fit each individual client. JP & his team were tremendous in helping us purchase our first house. They are very competitive - however, even if you are able to find slightly lower rates elsewhere, the level of service and peace of mind that they provide is rare, if not unique. They are attentive, communicative, and transparent with any questions that we had and provided helpful insight towards our purchase options. They were instrumental in getting our home closed on efficiently and expediently, and greatly reduced the stress and anxiety that came with a life decision like this. We had to do a lender swap days away from closing to utilize some seller credit and they got it sorted as seamlessly as possible while getting us a better rate and lower closing costs along with it. C2 Financial was one of the best decisions we made throughout this process; I can't recommend them enough to anyone.

This was the most professional & at the same time personal experience I've ever had with a financial institution. Rene, in particular, was quick to respond to our questions, clear, & worked to get us the best possible rate. Don't look anywhere else! Go with C2!
