Ordered what i thought was 3.5" half moon deck lights. Emails requesting a tracking number (sent after my credit card was charged) were ignored. Should have known then this was not going to ture out good. (In fact I was told later I was 'bugging' them.) What I got was something larger. Since there are no other 'half moons' that are 3.5" in diameter in black, I asked for a return label and a refund. "No problem...fill out the form" For their inaccurate description, I'm to pay a 35% restocking fee? I don't think so. After reading the other horror stories of other customers' returns coming up missing, even though they were signed for, I'm not so sure I want to deal with these scam artists any more. I think I'll let my credit card company handle this one. Negative stars for this company if I could.
