The stock was good, not many people but employees during my visit. Most everyone seemed helpful. They are pet friendly so I took the dog. Spent extra time at the Archery section and Shoe selections. It's a nice place to even just take a walk.

I travel a lot and spend a lot at Cabela’s. This place was the worst I have been too. Horrible customer service! Had every intention of purchasing a new black powder or a .300. Nobody there knew anything about what they had and were extremely rude and very lazy. Went to payout for the $1000 worth of hunting clothes I still bought and the lady’s at checkout acted like I ruined their day for interrupting their gossip session. Won’t be back…

Definitely will never buy a gun from here again 1. I have always got delayed since 18. I have a clean record but cabelas changed their policy and do not honor the Brady act anymore so basically you’ll have to wait for the great FBI to contact them maybe 30 days or worse go back into this store and do it again. 2. I’ve bought thousands of dollars worth of guns form Cabelas over the years. I haven’t been there in a few years with covid and never had a problem. I ordered a new gun online and went to pick it up. There was no one in the store really. Some of the workers there have a rude and shit attitude towards their customers. I get things can get crazy when they’re really busy, but it just seemed like they didn’t give a shit about helping out or being friendly. Sad bc Cabelas use to be my favorite outdoors store to go to but it has obviously gone down hill probably like the other store around it.No thanks never again. I probably wont even do bass pro either which was 2nd favorite just bc they are owned by same company. Find a local FFL dealer to buy a gun. You may pay a bit more but it will be worth it. Never again will i step foot after this transaction in complete
