Car buying can be one of the most strung out pain staking experiences. Not at Cadillac of Bellevue! While out on a whim just wanting to take a look at a CT5-V and a test drive, we found ourselves at Cadillac of Bellevue.
My wife and I were on our way to a competitor’s lot because it was closer to our house, that was our first mistake. We had called Cadillac of Bellevue to see if they had a CT5-V on their lot, on our way to Shoreline, which they did have one. The down fall was it was sold the night before, so being an excellent dealership we were allowed to look at it from the outside, I knew then we would be in good hands.
As we pulled into the parking lot we were instantly greeted by a young enthusiastic sales man. Which had lead us to the salesman we dealt with on our new purchase of a 2024 CT5-V. When we were introduced to Rami, he instantly took care of us. Rami had listened to what we were looking for and took instant care of us working with an excellent sales team. Though the car on their lot had sold the night before, Rami had started working with Nate locking in a test drive for us on a completely different CT5-V other than the one that was sold. Seeing the way the sales team worked together brought back memories of how a team should work together. We had our 20th anniversary CT5-V on order and in route!
It has only been a couple days since taking possession of the vehicle but most definitely know we are and will be in excellent hands! I know without a doubt in my mind that I can call anytime with questions and will be taken care of! I do owe one of the BIGGEST thank you to Rami! And look forward to doing future business.
