Great coffee shop for working. I came on Sunday, and morning started busy but slowed after about half an hour. Then more students started trickle in as the afternoon started to progress. All the students working, or looking as if they are working, entice you to work as well. As mentioned, the coffee shop occasionally turns busy, so bring your headphones.
Despite the busyness, the coffee shop is spacious, with many places to sit, many outlets to plug your laptop, and much wifi signal to connect. The wifi dropped a few times, but otherwise, it was very fast and reliable. Aesthetically, the coffee shop evokes an archetypical "good old" college coffee shop, an archetype that I love.
The busyness would sometimes overwhelm the staff, so they would take a while to finish your order. When it comes to orders, their house coffee and bagels are ordinary, but ordinary in a good way. The salads are huge but somewhat bland. I also tried the oatmeal granola jack, which was too sweet but otherwise delicious. My friend liked it too. As another plus, the coffee shop is inexpensive. When I am around, I will definitely visit again.
