My favorite coffee shop in Downtown Bothell! I popped in today to hang a poster on the community board and was surprised to learn I was the first to photograph my barista’s coffee art! Merry Christmas! 🎄

I ordered a 16oz Iced Vanilla Latte with no ice but was told that if I were to get a 16oz drink with no ice, they would have to give it in a 12 oz cup; and that's what they did. Despite this, I had to pay the price of a 16oz cup instead of a 12oz cup. I understand putting the drink in a smaller cup due to me not ordering any ice, but they only filled the cup partly. Additionally, when I asked if the batista could add a bit more milk into the drink, he adamantly stated 'no!' in an annoyed tone. I politely asked once more and the batista added the milk but with an annoyed expression. I've been to various cafes, but I've never been to a place with such bad service. I will not be coming to this cafe anymore.

I'm sorry your employees have "awesome energy;" and, I'm sorry this place is awesome. I've been to a coffee place downtown that refused to serve me for I believe either 1) religious/spiritual stuff; or 2 l) race or 3) gender; ECT. Because my Mormon therapist in Alaska went down a big huge list in front of my 12 year old son that didn't follow any laws to protest me and/or my son even though I properly reported it. Thank you for not refusing me service for my race or gender. I appreciate you very very much.
