There's only one person at all times at the upper Queen Anne location and there's no receptionist, so the door is locked! You need to wait on the bench until she's done with her previous client for her to open the door for your appointment. She was amazing! It was my first time going to Cake and I got a brow wax and tint for my wedding in 2.5 weeks. She made me feel super comfortable by reiterating what I wrote in my notes while making the reservation, and explained exactly what she was going to do and asked for my approval. When she was done with my tint and wax, I felt the tint was too dark and the tail of the brow was too square. She took some of the tint off to soften the color and exained that the shape of the tail will taper by the next day. She made another appt with me after our session just in case I wanted a touch up right before my wedding and I really appreciate that since she's so busy! I'll definitely be coming back and recommending her to my girls!
