NEVER COME HERE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL IM GOING TO SEE IF MY INSURANCE WILL TAKE THEM OFF THE LIST IF APPROVED PROVIDERS.
This doctor office is unprofessional. They are rude. They make an appointment at a set time, they tell you to arrive 15 to 30 minutes early and still don’t call you on time. My appointment was at 1:30, I got there at 1:00 and they didn’t call me til 2:30. I needed paperwork to be filled out, they told me it will take 10 business days. On the tenth day I called to see if my paperwork was ready, and it wasn’t. Days later it was ready. I asked them what time did they close, she start 5. I left work early so I could make it. When I walked up the office was pitch black. They had decided to not work and close. I called today to see if my husband could pick up the paperwork they said no because he Was not on the release of information form. I asked could they add him on there since I cannot takeoff work again they told me know that I will have to come in to sign the paper. If I could come in to sign the paperwork than what would I need thim to pick it up for. The hours on the door states that Monday thru Friday the office closed at 5. We will never return
