We rented 5 e-bikes for a week for our family vacation in Carlsbad. They were so good to work with. They were quick to respond to any questions. They delivered the bikes to the house we were staying in and at the end of the week they picked them up. It was so easy and so fun. E-bikes are the best way to get around Southern California and we highly recommend Cal Cost Adventures. They bikes were in great shape.

My husband and I and our 4 yr old son vacationed along the Pacific Beach area in San Diego. We wanted to rent e-bikes as our mode of transportation during our stay. The bikes at Cal Coast looked the best when browsing multiple websites to book through AND they had a child's seat option which was key for us. Before booking, I called the Solana Beach location because I was worried we were out of range for delivery. Despite that, Elias said he would still do delivery and pick-up for our rentals at our hotel. Our rentals were overnight rentals which probably made a difference. It was so easy working with Elias. He has top tier customer service! He also had great communication when coordinating delivery and pick-up, and was flexible on the time. The bikes were amazing with great charge. We took them one day down to the bay for the 4th of July fireworks celebration. They were easy to use, having never used an e-bike before. Thank you to Elias for making our rental experience smooth, zero hiccups!

We had such a great experience with Cal Coast adventures. We rented two e-bikes for two weeks and they went out of their way to deliver them to us on a Sunday. They made the transaction so easy and the bikes were in great shape and easy to use! Would definitely rent bikes from them again. It was so fun!
