My advice is to just pass this place right on by. It started out ok when we met Blake. He was helpful and helped us choose a few boards of carpet to take home and see how they looked there. We returned them early one morning and met Josh. Things were all down hill from there. We set up an appointment to have the house measured. He assured us it would be that afternoon or when on his way home after work. We waited and waited and guess what ? He never showed up or even bothered to call to cancel. I called and left a voice mail expecting a call in the morning and nothing. So mid morning I call back and talk to Blake again. I explained what happened and he assured me I would get a call back. Josh calls back and apologized and came later that afternoon and measured. When he was done he said he was busy but would have me a quote by Tuesday. It was Friday afternoon so sounded reasonable to me. I asked if he had ordered the samples and he assured me he had. He said they would be here the next day. So 4 days go by. No samples and no estimate. I waited most of the day Wednesday and still nothing. I call the store and ask for Blake. He was busy but called back 15 minutes later. I asked about the samples and the estimate and he told me since Josh had measured . I would have to follow up with him. He said he was busy but would call me right back. Waited all day and guess what? No call. So today its Thursday afternoon and still no samples and I'm thinking I will just go see If I can get someone else to help me. But on my way said screw it. If service is this bad before they get the job. How bad once they have a deposit in their hands. Again stay away from this place. I was able to find another place. Get house measured and beat their prices. You have been warned !
