Came on time. Worked quickly. Explained what he was doing. Completed the work promptly and efficiently. Applies both to initial inspection and termite treatment. Would highly recommend.

This company in my experience is a very unethical company. I don't think all the workers are just the owners. Frank the point man I think is a good man. The guys doing construction hard to say but I definitely think the owners are unethical. Reason being I had them do construction work because I had thought their termite work was good. I assumed that because they were in the business and established they would do good work. Not true. Not only did they charge the highest but they did terrible work. I could almost forgive them if it was just ignorance and stupidity on how to do things right but it wasn't. I later found out they left two major rotten boards in my construction job. This was a balcony. Something that is supposed to be strong. There is no way it could have been missed so it was deliberate. It showed up after their shoddy deck was put in where the top of the deck moved when stepped on. It showed up later when another company re did the whole thing. Two rotten boards after I had paid them thousands. When I discovered their shoddy work and then latter the two rotten boards were the owners apologetic? No. Just kind of apathetic or avoiding it. This company has no sense of loyalty. I was a good customer. Too good really they didn't deserve me yet they didn't feel any urgency to treat me well. So so unethical. I'll share with you what I learned. Pest Control companies are notorious for doing bad construction work at high prices. If you find they do bad construction work go to the CA Pest Control Board to complain. The Pest Control Board will act. Better yet don't have pest control companies do the work. Find a frame carpenter. Let Cal Coast do the cheap termite work. I wouldn't recommend giving them big jobs with lots of money involved. From my experience they don't know what they are doing and shouldn't be rewarded. I'll post pics soon.
